The Company
Congo Petrol (SPRL) is an affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of Dalbit International
Ltd.
The company was acquired by Dalbit International in Aug 2008, having operated in
DR Congo from 16th June 1997, when it was incorporated under the Company Act of
Democratic Republic of Congo.

Dalbit International is operating extensively throughout East Africa and the Great
Lakes region in South Sudan, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia and
DR Congo.

The Company’s vision is to become a fully integrated oil company that commands optimum
control over the pricing of the whole barrel from sourcing and importation, to distribution
and wholesale of the diverse range of petroleum products in the Democratic Republic
of Congo.
